Sky Deutschland is partnering with with Sony Music to broadcast live coverage of the forthcoming live tour of hip-hop band Die Fantaschischen Vier/Fanta 4 in Ultra-HD.

As part of the partnership, Sky Deutschland will deliver the first 4K coverage of a live concert on German TV from Fanta 4’s December 20th concert in Stuttgart’s Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. The event will be broadcast to a number of selected households as well as being made available to pubs and bars with Sky Sports.

Sky Deutschland will also produce 4K ‘behind the scenes’ footage that will be aired on its Sky Select platform before the concert.
