February 7, 2014
Motama has announced an increase of turnover by 85 per cent in 2013. In addition, sales in January 2014 already reached 58 per cent of last year’s overall turnover.
‘Only three and a half years after introducing our first server product at IBC 2010, we are extremely happy with the overall development of our company’, says co-CEO and co-founder Marco Lohse
Last year, Motama introduced two new products: The high-density transcoder CodecCaster 8000 HD and a series of OTT streaming servers, PolyCaster.
‘By extending our product portfolio, Motama is among the few suppliers being able to cover the complete technical infrastructure for any kind of live TV service. Together, with our technology for building your own Content Delivery Network (CDN) based on public Internet infrastructure, Motama certainly offers a very strong unique-selling point’, says co-CEO and co-founder Michael Repplinger.
Motama’s solution for Internet-based content contribution and distribution is also featured in the latest issue of the renowned German magazine FKT.
