Flixster app for Blackberry 10
February 1, 2013
Flixster has launched a new, free application for BlackBerry 10. Available now on the BlackBerry World storefront, movie fans will be able to access the latest information about movies from review aggregating site Rotten Tomatoes, see when and where movies are playing nearby and purchase tickets in select theaters.
In the coming months, Flixster intends to update the application to provide consumers with mobile access to their UltraViolet digital movie collections. With more than nine million accounts created, UltraViolet is quickly becoming one of the most popular ways to access digital movie collections from virtually anywhere.
Joe Greenstein, Co-Founder and President of Flixster. commented. “When UltraViolet functionally launches in a few months, busy business travellers will be able to watch entertainment on a long flight or on the train home from work – and still be able to keep an eye out on email from the office.”
