RMG extends Dubai Racing Club contract

November 25, 2025

Racecourse Media Group (RMG) has been awarded a further three-year contract by Dubai Racing Club to provide production and distribution services at Meydan Racecourse, the home of the Dubai World Cup raceday.

Timeline Television will provide broadcast facilities and crew for RMG’s host production and on-course coverage. The contract takes in the next three Dubai Racing Club seasons (2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28).

RMG, working with its long-time broadcast partner, Timeline, has produced and distributed horseracing from the flagship racecourse in Dubai for the previous 10 seasons.

RMG is offering broadcast rights packages for the Dubai Racing Carnival (2025-26), which runs until March 28th 2026. The season culminates with the Dubai World Cup card. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, with over $30 million in prize-money spread across six Group 1 and three Group 2 races on March 28th 2026, it is recognised as one of the world’s most spectacular race days.

Ali Al Ali, CEO and Board Member of Dubai Racing Club, commented: “Dubai Racing Club and Racecourse Media Group, alongside its broadcast partner, Timeline TV, have been working together for more than a decade now. This long-standing and valued partnership is testament to the world-class production and global distribution they provide. We look forward to working together on new and innovative ways to showcase and to attract new audiences to this wonderful sport.”

Nick Mills, CEO of RMG, added: “We are delighted to once more team up with our valued friends and partners at Dubai Racing Club for its production and distribution services. This is our 11th consecutive season working together and we look forward to elevating horseracing television coverage to new levels and give Dubai racing a global shop window like never before.”

Dubai World Cup race-day was seen in a record 170 countries last year, with the likes of Fox Sports (US), ESPN (Latin America, Caribbean), Channel 7 (Australia), Super Sport (Africa), and Dubai Racing Channel and Yas TV (UAE) all taking live coverage. It also aired on Sport 24 (cruise lines and air lines) and headlined programming on CNN World Sport and Trans World Sport.

Racecourse Media Group is the parent company of Racing TV, which will be showing every fixture live from Meydan this season and is available on Sky 426, Virgin 536 (Britain) and 411 (Ireland), Apple TV and Vodafone (Ireland).
