Content Kings appoints Gottlieb as COO

Content Kings hasannounced the appointment of Nicki Gottlieb as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With nearly 25 years in the Independent Production sector, Gottlieb is a specialist in high-volume, returning series and spent over a decade running her own indie, Brown Bob. Her credits include Inside the Ambulance, hit true crime shows like Fraud Squad and Moment of Proof, and the all-access favourite Secrets of the London Underground.

As COO, Gottlieb will oversee operations and help shape Content Kings’ commercial and strategic direction, bringing her expertise in deal-making and innovative content. She’ll work closely with the team to develop programming for streamers, broadcasters and digital platforms, balancing creative ambition with operational know-how.

Additionally, Content Kings has merged the extensive Brown Bob catalogue with its own, creating a diverse library of content. Content Kings has also announced the creation of its new format, Lip Reading The Royals, created by Jonathan Levi, which has already secured numerous international distribution deals – including in the UK. The Lip Reading brand is set to continue with upcoming editions featuring stars, sports personalities, and politicians – establishing it as a returning franchise and strengthening Content Kings’ relationships in the international market.
