Discovering Canary Islands coming to Rakuten TV

Rakuten TV, in association with Atlantia Media and Initiative/Mediabrands Content Studio, ahas nnounced that their new adventure reality show, Discovering Canary Islands, will be available to watch free of charge, exclusively on Rakuten TV from October 13th.
Produced with support from the Canary Islands Tourism, Discovering Canary Islands had its world premiere at San Sebastián International Film Festival this September. The TV show is hosted by actress and influencer Pilar Rubio, who is also married to Spanish footballer Sergio Ramos.
The show explores the most incredible and surprising myths of the Canary Islands and its eight contestants, all from different European countries, will learn more about the local culture and traditions. Over six episodes, contestants will have to face tests and challenges that will show the charms of the region to its viewers.
Evan Edinger, photographer and YouTuber, will be representing the United Kingdom. The 31-year-old, originally from America but based in the UK, is a natural leader. He is is dedicated to social media and boasts a YouTube following of 700k subscribers.
