Outdoor Channel debuts in Russia

Outdoor Channel and international broadcaster Chello Zone, have announced the debut of Outdoor Channel in Russia on the country’s two largest platforms. The announcement marks the next step in Outdoor Channel’s rapid expansion across EMEA.
Outdoor Channel launched this month in standard definition on Russian satellite TV operator NTV-Plus as a part of a new package branded ‘Otkritie’. The channel has also launched in HD on digital television packages of Moscow provider OnLime, owned by Russia’s National Cable Networks (NCN).
