Two Way Media says it has done a “development and funding deal” from the Ingenious Media investment fund and advisory. The funds are said to be earmarked for social gaming investments but as Ingenious owns the majority of TwoWay after a 2007 deal it amounts to the provision of further working capital.

Two Way already makes games for broadcast shows like X Factor, Play Your Cards Right and Britain’s Got Talent, playable on cable, satellite and IPTV platforms. It hopes there will be major new opportunities through OTT platforms like YouView.
