ITVX acquires Twelve Dates ‘til Christmas series

Dynamic Television has announced that ITVX has acquired the holiday event series Twelve Dates ‘til Christmas (6 x ’45) for exclusive streaming in the UK.
All six episodes of the romantic comedy will debut on ITVX on December 22nd. Starring Mae Whitman, the series is based on the popular novel by Jenni Bayliss and follows Kate, a talented textile designer who is thrown unexpectedly into a festive matchmaking programme that sends her on 12 uniquely themed dates leading up to Christmas. The series premiered in the US on December 5th on the Hallmark Channel, as part of the network’s ‘Countdown to Christmas’ event.

The series was created for television by Erin Rodman, who penned the pilot and serves as co-showrunner along with Davah Avena. Twelve Dates of Christmas is from Dynamic Television. The series is produced by John Wallace. Executive Producers for are Carrie Stein and Dan March from Dynamic Television, as well as David McLoughlin from Metropolitan Pictures.
