Sphere Abacus’ sales agent for Asia, Pooja Nirmal Kant, confirms a raft of sales following a successful week at ATF.
Among the vast package of titles, Now TV (Hong Kong) has acquired Doubters To Believers: Liverpool FC – Klopp’s Era (4 x one hour), Gunpowder Siege (3 x one hour), Harrods: The Rise and Fall of a British Institution (1 x one hour), What Really Happened? American Independence (6 x one hour), Escape from Kabul (1 x 90’), This is Joan Collins (1 x 90’), King of Lies: Football’s Greatest Con (1 x 90’), Special Forces: Most Daring Missions (3 x one hour), Terror on Long Island (3 x one hour), The Trouble with Mr. Doodle (1 x 90’), Twitter: Breaking the Bird (1 x 75’), Leaving Neverland (2 x two hours) and Leaving Neverland 2: Surviving Michael Jackson (1 x one hour).
Brite Now (Thailand) has secured Operation: Sharklift (1 x one hour), How Not To Get Cancer (4 x one hour), A Mild Touch Of Cancer (1 x one hour), Trauma Room One (8 x one hour), Top Guns: Inside The RAF – Series 1 and 2 (12 x one hour), Costco: Is It Really Worth It? (1 x one hour), Costco At Christmas (1 x one hour), How To Paint The Mona Lisa (1 x one hour), Yellowstone Supervolcano (2 x one hour) and Work On The Wild Side (20 x 1 hour).
HK Television Entertainment Company Limited (Hong Kong) has bought Travels with Agatha Christie & Sir David Suchet (5 x one hour), Alan Cumming’s Most Luxurious Train Journeys: Scotland (4 x one hour), Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour: South Africa (5 x one hour), Billy and Dom Eat the World (8 x one hour), The Real Serpent: Investigating a Serial Killer (3 x one hour), The Murderous Scissor Sisters (3 x one hour) and Vanished: The Lucie Blackman Mystery (2 x one hour).
Life in Colour With David Attenborough (2 x one hour) and Antarctica From Above (1 x 90’) will be aired on Mediacorp (Singapore), with CNC Media (South Korea) taking Top Guns: Inside the RAF Season 2 (6 x one hour).
ROCK Networks (Pan Asia) has acquired Alan Cumming’s Most Luxurious Train Journeys: Scotland (4 x one hour), Barbie Uncovered: A Dream House Divided (1 x 90’), Fantastic Friends Seasons 1 and 2 (14 x one hour), The Masked Singer Seasons 6 and 7, (16 x one hour), Scrublands (4 x one hour) and, as already announced, Scrublands: Silver (4 x one hour).
Additionally, sales have been agreed with AK Entertainment (South Korea) for Special Forces: Most Daring Missions (3 x one hour) and Kate Humble’s Coastal Britain Seasons 1 and 2 (14 x one hour); Alliance Media Group Limited (China) – Secret World of Sound With David Attenborough (3 x one hour); Phoenix Satellite Television Company Limited (China (excluding Taiwan), Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore) – Kursk: 10 Days That Shaped Putin (2 x one hour) and Edu TV channel (Mongolia) and Warner Bros. Discovery (Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea) – Genghis Khan: The Secret History Of The Mongols (6 x one hour).
