March 19, 2025
The DTG Summit 2025 is set to deliver an exploration of the forces shaping the future of television and media. The Summit will bring together thought leaders from across the media, technology and business landscapes to challenge assumptions, spark debate, and deliver fresh insights into a rapidly evolving sector.
The DTG has announced the first two speakers in this year’s line-up:
Sir Martin Sorrell, Founder & Executive Chairman, S4 Capital plc.
A global authority in advertising, marketing, and media, Sorrell transformed WPP into the world’s largest marketing services company over 33 years. Now, as Executive Chairman of S4 Capital, he is pioneering AI-driven marketing transformation. At the DTG Summit, he will share his vision of how digital disruption, AI, and evolving consumer behaviour are reshaping content, brands and audience engagement.
Dr Eliza Filby, Historian, Author and Expert on Generational Change.
A leading authority on generational intelligence, Filby analyses how generational shifts influence business, politics and society. Advising organisations from HSBC to the UK Ministry of Defence and the Royal Household, she offers unique insights into the future of work, technology, and consumer behaviour. At the DTG Summit, she will explore how generational attitudes towards media and technology are redefining the future of television.
DTG Marketing Director, Will Parsons, commented: “The industry is facing unprecedented shifts, from AI-driven content curation to evolving viewer expectations and the battle for audience attention (and wallets). That’s why we’re bringing together world-class experts to cut through the noise and deliver real insights. Sir Martin Sorrell and Dr Eliza Filby will set the stage for a day of bold ideas and game-changing discussions – no one in TV can afford to miss this.”
Taking place in London on May 8th, the DTG Summit – TV: The Bigger Picture – will bring together broadcasters, technology leaders, content creators, and policy makers for a day of thought-provoking discussion, expert insights, and invaluable networking opportunities.
