FreeCast has announced the return of Chris Savine to an executive role with the company. Savine will serve as Chief Operations Officer and Head of Finance.

Savine has held the role of CFO with a number of significant firms including Capital Cities/ABC (now part of The Walt Disney Company), Netscape, AOL Time Warner, RR Donnelley, and Cenveo. This will also be his second stint at FreeCast, where he served as CFO from 2014 to 2020, before leaving to attend to personal matters during the pandemic.

FreeCast CEO, William Mobley, commented: “We’re thrilled to have Chris back, he’s been a part of this team and this family for years. And equally important, the value of his skillset and specific experience is undeniable. Here’s someone who’s served at the highest levels of major players in the media and tech industries, particularly during times of expansion and transition. That’s a tremendous asset for us right now as we take this company public.”
