MásMóvil sells FTTH network

The fourth largest telco operator in Spain, MásMóvil, has signed a deal with Funds Macquarie Capital and Aberdeen Standard Investments to sell them 940,000 building units FTTH network in the country for €218.5 million.
Macquarie Capital will set up a new company to offer broadband connections to homes and enterprises in five Spanish cities: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla and Málaga.
MásMóvil provides FTTH services to 22 million homes, covering 75 per cent of the Spanish population.
