Larson to star in Apple original
March 8, 2019
Brie Larson, star of Marvel’s latest cinematic blockbuster Captain Marvel, has taken a lead role in a new Apple original series.
Apple has given a full season order for a CIA drama based on the life of a real intelligence officer. The forthcoming memoir Undercover: Coming of Age in the CIA penned by Amaryllis Fox will provide the narrative for the series, which Larson will also executive produce.
Animal Kingdom writer Megan Martin is in talks to executive produce alongside Larson, as well as script the series.
Apple’s streaming service will launch later this year.
