M6 ad revenue up 3.2%

French commercial TV group M6 has posted an increased consolidated revenue for Q3 of €265.3 million, up 0.4 per cent, while the group advertising revenues jumped 3.2 per cent to €162.6 million in the same period of last year. Ad revenue from FTA channels contributed €153.4 million.
At the end of September, M6 Group achieved a nine-month revenue of €895.2 million, down 0.4 per cent, including €573.5 million from advertising. Non-advertising revenues, that mostly including production, audiovisual rights and home shopping operations, fell by 4.1 per cent to €321.7 million.
With a 14.1 per cent audience share for its FTA channels, M6’s profit from recurring operations reached €30.5 million, up 2.7 per cent at Q3.
