Effective immediately, Christian Anting has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director of International Distribution at TVN, the Polish media group.

In this newly created position, Anting is responsible for the company’s strategic development, with a focus on retail and subscription based-services, e-commerce activities as well as non-fictional linear and non-linear content exploitation.  His responsibilities also include oversight of TVN Group’s international distribution activities, both on the linear and non-linear side, including TVN’s international channel, iTVN.

Anting has over 10 years of international management experience.  Most recently, he served as the Vice-President of the Management Board at nc+ (formed by the merger of Cyfra+ and n platforms in 2013), where he was responsible for programming and product development. Previously, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer at ITI Neovision, the operator of the n platform.
