Giant OLED screens selling well

Samsung’s extremely high-end 85” Ultra-HDTV screens have sold out in Seoul despite a massive 40 million Won ($36,800) price ticket.
The Korea IT Times says that Samsung’s debut offering put just 77 units into the retail chain in mid-January, and they had all sold by mid-February, prompting Samsung to start adding additional supplies thanks to the much higher-than anticipated demand.
Rival LG says it has sold more than 300 units locally of its 84” UHD version, a snip at 25 million Won, thereby suggesting that well-heeled and extremely early adopters will buy into the technology despite the near-complete absence of 4K content.
