mirada, the audiovisual interaction specialist, has announced the completion of an equity placing and capitalisation of certain creditor balances totaling, in aggregate, £1.47 million (€1.81m).  A new group of investors has also taken part in this important step for mirada.

This transaction will help strengthen the company´s balance sheet, and comes in continuation to the company´s interim results announcement last November, which stated that mirada has reached profitability for the first time, with increased revenue and gross profit compared to the previous year.

The net funds raised for the placing will be used to continue the company´s expansion into the international markets, as well as strengthen mirada´s product development.
