ITV Online and On Demand have revealed that 666 Park Avenue was the first programme to be premiered on the ITV Player before it was broadcast on TV.

The first episode of the supernatural drama was available to view on the ITV Player from February 18th, with the episode broadcasting on ITV2 on February 19th at 10pm.

James Micklethwait, Online Product Director, ITV said: “We are always looking to trial new and innovative ways to launch our programming to audiences using the ITV Player. This year, we will be offering our viewers a combination of paid and free premieres.”
