Universal Networks International (UNI) has confirmed that E! Entertainment Television, the Hollywood entertainment and celebrity lifestyle channel, has launched in the Philippines through a carriage agreement with SKYCABLE, the leading pay TV provider in the country. E!’s content will now be consolidated in one place, initially available to SKYCABLE Gold and Silver digital subscribers.

The Philippines E! channel will offer first-run and exclusive programming aimed primarily at females in the 18-49 age group.
