Chellomedia, the content subsidiary of cable operator Liberty Global, is to buy Spektrum, a documentary channel in eastern Europe, in the company's fifth acquisition in Although no figure has been confirmed, Chellomedia is believed to be paying £60m (E74.4m) for Spektrum, which is owned by HBO Central Europe, a joint venture between Home Box Office, Sony Pictures, and Walt Disney.
