SPI International has launched Funbox 4K/UHD on PostTV in Luxembourg, which currently has over 40,000 IPTV subscribers in a market out of about 200,000 homes.

Funbox 4K/UHD is a premium, general entertainment TV channel which airs a mix of native 4K documentaries, performing arts programming, extreme adventure content as well as movies and TV series. The channel is broadcast from the Eutelsat’s Hot Bird satellite.

Sven Breckler, Product Manager TV from POST said:  “We are happy to have FunBox 4K/UHD, one of the best 4K channels, available for the launch in our network. We are the first TV operator in Luxembourg which will make 4K available to its customers.“
