Viavi acquires Trilithic

In a further consolidation of the test and monitoring sector, network service enablement specialist Viavi Solutions has acquired electronic test and measurement equipment provider Trilithic.
Viavi revealed the deal as it announced its Q4 results, and said that Trilithic would become be part of Network Enablement business segment. The Company expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings on a non-GAAP basis in fiscal 2018.
Digital media tools and workflow solutions provider Telestream acquired video quality monitoring and analytics solutions specialist IneoQuest in March 2017.
