Scripps channels for fuboTV
June 30, 2017
fuboTV, a live streaming TV service in the US, has announced an agreement with Scripps Networks Interactive that will add several top channels to the company’s entry-level bundle.
As a result of a multi-year carriage agreement, Scripps Networks’ US based brands HGTV, Food Network and Travel Channel will join the “Fubo Premier” line-up, which is currently available at an introductory rate of $34.99 per month. This includes access to each network’s live linear feed as of July 1st, as well as on-demand content and the channels’ TV Everywhere “Watch” apps to follow and at no additional cost.
“Our world-class lifestyle content is a perfect complement to the fuboTV service and we are thrilled to partner with a sport centric OTT service to bring the best in class in home, food and travel programming that will delight and entertain their users,” said Henry Ahn, Scripps Networks Interactive’s president of content distribution and marketing. “This carriage deal further validates the ‘must have’ nature of Scripps content in an ever-competitive distribution landscape.”
