Knox Media Hub partners with Amplify
February 19, 2026
Knox Media Hub has partnered with Amplify to bring advanced AI metadata extraction directly into Knox Media Hub’s media management and orchestration platform.
Through this collaboration, Amplify’s AI assistant Seiri is now directly integrated into Knox Media Hub’s platform. The technical partnership, which debuted at ISE (Integrated Systems Europe), connects AI-generated metadata with the operational layer of the media supply chain — enabling metadata to move beyond analysis and into action.
Addressing a Growing Industry Gap: From Siloed AI to Workflow-Ready Intelligence
While AI services such as transcription, facial recognition, logo detection, and object recognition are increasingly being adopted, many remain deployed as standalone tools. This often results in additional exports, manual validation steps, or separate interfaces.
The Knox Media Hub–Seiri integration aims to reduce that fragmentation by embedding AI processing directly into the Media Asset Management (MAM) layer.
Seiri includes more than a dozen AI functions tailored specifically to audiovisual content, including transcription, facial recognition, language identification, translation, summarisation, keyframe detection, OCR, logo detection, and object recognition. Models can be fine-tuned using customer-specific datasets and use cases, allowing models to adapt to editorial, compliance, and archival requirements.
From Metadata to Actionable Assets
Through the integration, time-coded metadata generated by Seiri is automatically ingested into Knox Media Hub’s platform for catalog management and workflow orchestration, enabling time-based metadata to be visualized and operationalized within a single system.
Metadata is visualised within the timeline editor and structured within the catalog management system, where it can be reviewed, validated, and incorporated into workflows. Within the orchestration layer, metadata can trigger automated processes, enable content segmentation, accelerate search and retrieval, and support use cases such as archive digitization, automated highlights generation, and localised content distribution.
Both companies have a Media-First approach to their solutions. Amplify develops AI models specifically trained for audiovisual content, while Knox Media Hub provides cloud-native infrastructure to manage ingest, transformation, and distribution at scale.
The integration is currently available to Knox Media Hub users globally.
