Germany: waipu.tv on Titan OS
January 15, 2026
The waipu.tv app is now available on all Titan OS-enabled smart TVs in Germany. Following recent implementations with VIDAA and TiVo, waipu.tv is thus expanding the availability of its app to another popular TV operating system.
waipu.tv is accessible directly via the smart TV without additional hardware. Users get access to over 300 TV channels, pay-TV and on-demand content in a central TV interface.
“Our OS partnerships are a central lever for reach and growth,” commented Markus Härtenstein, Co-CEO of Exaring AG, operator of waipu.tv. “With the support of Titan OS, we are strengthening our presence in another important smart TV ecosystem and making waipu.tv directly available for even more households.”
“The launch of waipu.tv on Titan OS underscores our ambition to offer viewers local and high-quality premium entertainment directly on the home screen,” added Rick Fens, SVP Business Development at Titan OS. “Germany is a central market for Titan OS. With the integration of the leading German OPEN IPTV platform, users will gain access to live TV, on-demand content and other TV services directly by turning on the TV.”
