Little Dot Studios makes US hires, UK promotions

Little Dot Studios, the social media agency, digital media network and multi-platform production company and All3Media company, has announced a series of senior internal promotions across its US and UK businesses/ The company employs more than 500 people globally with over 600 clients, working across content, media, platforms, and partnerships for some of the world’s leading entertainment, sport and consumer brands and IP owners.

In the US, the company has appointed Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska as Co-Managing Directors of Little Dot Studios US. The appointments come amid a period of strong momentum for the US team, with 2025 proving to be a particularly strong year as the company scales its partnerships, content offering and commercial capabilities in the market.

Alongside the US leadership appointments, Little Dot Studios has also promoted a number of senior leaders within its UK business:

The UK-based promotions include:

  • Monica Giurgiu, promoted to Director of Strategic Operations
  • Katie Matthews, promoted to Director of Client Services
  • Fleur Fekkes, promoted to Head of Creative Production
  • Sarah Chinnery, promoted to Head of Advertising Partnerships
  • Alice Hyde, promoted to Deputy General Counsel

As Co-Managing Directors, Arnold and Wideska will jointly lead the US business, overseeing strategy, commercial growth, and team development, while working closely with the wider global leadership team to support Little Dot Studios’ international ambitions.

The UK senior promotions further strengthen the company’s leadership bench as it continues to expand its global footprint, deepen relationships with platform partners and advertisers, and deliver digital content at scale for brands and IP owners.

Little Dot Studios Germany has also announced two new promotions, with Marco Wagner promoted to Head of Distribution & Content Strategy and Thomas Konnerth promoted to Head of Network.
