Snap has announced the launch of Jameela Jamil’s new Snapchat Show about mental health, I Want To Get Better with Jameela Jamil, in collaboration with Alaska TV, that will premiere on January 28th exclusively on Snapchat.
In the series, Jamil shares her personal wellness journey as she explores new activities and perspectives that she hopes will inspire people on their own mental health journeys.
Jamil commented: “I’m really excited to partner with Snapchat and Alaska TV to release my own Snapchat show about mental health, a topic I’m deeply passionate about. In this show I meet young people around the UK who are taking their mental health into their own hands. I hope their stories combined with some of mine, as well as the lessons we have learned along the way, will help others take steps to improve their mental well-being.”
Produced by Alaska TV in association with I Weigh, and Executively Produced by Jamil, the series will consist of eight episodes.
