Ateliere Creative Technologies, Synchronized partnership
November 2, 2021
Ateliere Creative Technologies and Synchronized are partnering to deliver Synchronized’s fully automated workflow for adding thumbnail views, ad-markers and previews to linear TV and online content. The newly integrated solution, Smart In-Video insights, combines Ateliere’s Connect cloud-based content supply chain platform with the Synchronized In-Video Intelligence Solution, creating an open, modular and configurable solution that easily fits into any customer ecosystem.
With more content, and more viewing options available than ever before, audiences are looking for new ways to help them easily and quickly search for and locate their desired content. The joint Ateliere-Synchronized solution provides a shortcut to fully automate the creation of previews, thumbnails, and ad-markers with full editorial control of the output and the ability to swiftly package and deliver to customers.
“Thumbnails, ad-markers and previews are critical to content discoverability,” said Robert Cloudt, SVP Business Development, Ateliere Creative Technologies. “But they are also labor intensive and time consuming to produce. Connect’s workflow automation combined with Synchronized’s AI capabilities will accelerate throughput and reduce the amount of manual effort for our joint end-customers.”
The Synchronized platform is the central hub for all in-video, auto-generated, time-coded metadata, objects and assets. It seamlessly integrates with Ateliere’s supply chain orchestration platform, giving content owners and distributors new options for using the Ateliere Connect platform as a PaaS, SaaS, managed service or hybrid service.
“Adding capabilities for thumbnails, previews or ad-markers is a natural extension of the work that many customers are already doing with Ateliere Connect,” said Guillaume Doret, Founder and CEO of Synchronized. “Seamlessly integrating our capabilities with Ateliere’s platform to create these highly requested additional in-video elements adds value for everyone in the content supply chain.”
