Haystack News adds Newsy
October 28, 2021
Haystack News, the ad-supported streaming news service in the US, has launched a live stream of Newsy, the national news network owned by The E.W. Scripps Company.
The national news network serves its audiences with 14 news bureaus across the country staffed by experienced journalists providing 17 hours of daily news.
In addition to expanded live programming from Newsy, Scripps will continue to provide Haystack News on-demand content from Newsy and its local television stations for Haystack’s flagship curated and personalised news service.
“Newsy has long been a popular news provider on the Haystack News platform. We are very pleased to expand our agreement with Scripps and add Newsy to our growing portfolio of live streaming news channels, a terrific complement to our core personalized and curated on-demand offerings,” said Daniel Barreto, Co-Founder and CEO at Haystack TV.
