DOTSCREEN selected by Orange to develop social TV service
April 6, 2016
The company DOTSCREEN has carried out the technical development of the ‘social sharing’ TV clip capturing service announced by Orange at the Show Hello innovation event.
The service, designed by Orange teams in collaboration with the start-up Wilkmoka and developed by DOTSCREEN, makes it possible to share video clips of 30 seconds on social media using the Orange TV app.
You have just seen something funny or touching on TV that you want to share and discuss on social media. Launch the Orange TV app on your phone and press “social sharing.” You will automatically see the clip you just watched and can now simply add a comment and share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. All in less than 30 seconds for the programmes covered by the service!
For an extended experience, look for the most shared “best of” clips from users of the service.
