New 24 exclusive streaming rights for Amazon

Amazon has acquired the streaming rights to all eight seasons of 24 as well as the incoming new series, 24: Live Another Day…
All 192 episodes of the series, that feature Jack Bauer and friends thwarting terrorist attacks, as well as the new season will be available online exclusively to Amazon Prime Instant Video subscribers in the US. Netflix had previously owned the rights.
The new series of 24 arrives in the US on May 5th and in the UK soon after.
