Switchover completed in Scotland

Media services company Arqiva has confirmed the completion of the Digital TV Switchover process for the Black Hill transmitter group. This serves central Scotland, including parts of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Subsequently, all terrestrial TV across Scotland is now fully digital – covering 14 main transmitter groups and 186 relay stations.
Across the UK as a whole, 8 out of 15 TV regions have now fully switched to digital, including all of Wales and all of Scotland.
