TTNet selects SeaChange for IPTV rollout

Turkish ISP TTNet has selected video equipment developer SeaChange International as systems integrator and a primary technology provider for its IPTV service Tivibu Ev.
SeaChange assembled a multinational team of engineers, project managers and technology partners to build advanced television services. SeaChange’s professional services have developed the operational processes and procedure designs to support the rollout along with any future releases and features. The group also trained Turk Telekom staff on system operations and is currently providing remote managed services, which consists of daily, weekly and quarterly proactive checks that identify, isolate and rectify potential system issues before they could affect customers.
