August 21, 2015
GameFly, the console game subscription service, is expanding the availability of its GameFly Streaming service on Samsung Smart TVs to now include the US, Canada and eight additional European countries. This expansion grows the number of markets with access to GameFly Streaming on Samsung Smart TVs to 20, adding to recent launches in Brazil, Israel, Mexico and six European markets.
“For anyone with a Samsung Smart TV in their living room, the TV is a gaming gateway right out of the box — no need to buy another console,” said Young Chan Kim, Samsung Vice President, Visual Display Service Business Team. “GameFly streaming delivers content for both gamers and families and the subscription format is a very cost effective way to play a wide variety of games.”
GameFly Streaming bundles popular games like Batman Arkham Origins, Lego Batman 3, GRID 2, and F.E.A.R. together in packages that can be played directly on Samsung Smart TVs. Game packages start at $6.99 a month.
