The music and creative journey of Bruce Springsteen will take centre stage when the Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere movie from 20th Century Studios arrives on Disney+ on January 23rd in the UK.

Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere offers rich glimpses into the creative process behind Springsteen’s celebrated 1982 album Nebraska – exploring the pressures of ambition, success, and self-discovery. Centered on a young musician wrestling with moments when “the quiet gets a little loud,” the film provides an intimate look at Springsteen’s family history and the emotional resonance that would come to define his work. Recorded on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal moment in his life and career and remains one of his most enduring works – a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe.

Springsteen is portrayed with depth and heart by Jeremy Allen White, star of The Bear, who authentically plays guitar and sings in a performance that has seen him honoured with a Golden Globes nomination for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama.

Springsteen fans can also enjoy Bruce Springsteen: Nebraska Live and the documentary Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, now streaming on Disney+.
