Club MTV goes live in UK
May 23, 2018
MTV has launched Club MTV, a new music channel that replaces the MTV Dance network on both Sky and Virgin Media in the UK.
The channel will offer a mix of electronic dance music, urban music, house songs and crossover hits.
“Club MTV channel aligns with MTV’s expanding events franchise of the same name, and its debut is being celebrated with a 15-date UK tour throughout May and June,” MTV UK said in a statement. “Since launching in 2013, Club MTV has carried out over 250 events, playing to over 400,000 fans in total, and is now the biggest dance music touring brand in the UK.”
