ComHem signs landlord social platform
August 23, 2017
Swedish telco Com Hem is to offer a range of “digital” services to customers after signing a deal with TMPL, provider of ‘social media platform to premises’, typically multi-dwelling units, that offers various services to those who live there.
The company said customers could book laundry, order groceries, book or share vehicles and order food from their local restaurants. Landlords can also use the platform to share information with tenants and manage rent payments.
The deal with Com Hem sees the operator become the exclusive distributor of the platform to landlords and housing associations in Sweden.
