PX Sports lands US distribution deal with DirecTV
May 8, 2026
PX Sports, the action sports network in Hispanic America, has announced its launch on DirecTV in the US as a linear channel, available across all DirecTV platforms.
Given this new agreement, PX Sports will now expand its reach across millions of households, particularly Hispanic audiences, in its US and international territories, interested in programming centered on adrenaline, innovation, and the lifestyle that defines action sports.
PX Sports currently has a strong presence across pay-TV operators and distribution platforms throughout Latin America, where it has built a steadily growing audience. Its launch on DirecTV in the US is part of this sustained expansion.
“After more than a decade of building toward this milestone, this agreement redefines PX Sports’ international reach. Joining DirecTV in the United States allows us to connect with new audiences and scale our offering globally,” commented Alejandro Mercado, CEO of PX Sports.
Programming includes coverage of sporting events, high-performance competitions, and original productions that capture the essence of disciplines such as skateboarding, surfing, BMX, motocross and snowboarding, along with the cultural universe that surrounds them.
