ViacomCBS promotes Sears

ViacomCBS Networks International (VCNI) has announced the promotion of Lee Sears to Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital and Ad Sales for ViacomCBS Networks International. Based in London, Sears will report to Kelly Day, President, Streaming and Chief Operating Officer, VCNI.
Previously Senior Vice President of Velocity International, VCNI’s in-house advertising sales, branded content and major events agency, Sears will now add to his remit oversight of ViacomCBS Digital Studios International (VDSI), effective immediately. Brendan Yam, SVP and General Manager for VDSI will report to Sears.
In this newly expanded role, Sears will be responsible for the strategy and monetisation of digital and social content, as well as leveraging VCNI’s social reach to drive broader business goals, including support for the organisation’s streaming growth and consumer products reach.
