fuboTV upsizes IPO

fuboTV, the US sports-first live TV streaming platform, has announced the upsize and pricing of an underwritten public offering.
The size of the offering has been increased from the previously announced 15,000,000 shares to 18,300,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share.
In connection with the offering, fuboTV’s common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol FUBO on October 8th.
The offering is expected to close on or about October 13th, subject to customary closing conditions.
