DataMiner increases operational agility at SES
April 3, 2020
Skyline Communications has announced that its AI-powered DataMiner NMS/OSS platform has been deployed by SES, a leader in global content connectivity solutions that provides satellite communications services to broadcasters, video platform operators, content and internet service providers, mobile and fixed network operators, governments and institutions.
DataMiner connects to any source of information, product, software system or API, allowing flexibility, agility and increasing efficiencies. The platform is also capable of delivering monitoring, orchestration, automation and deep insights from a single pane of glass, end to end.
“SES was looking for a solution that unlocks the highest level of proactiveness and automation in a satellite broadcast network. That’s not a luxury anymore, as the communications landscape is evolving and customers’ expectations are growing,” explained Didier Schepens, Sales Manager at Skyline Communications. “As expected, our team delivered on the promise: SES can now enjoy a state-of-the-art management platform that is technology and vendor independent, future proof and scalable, allowing for it to be deployed in various locations.”
