Spain’s RTVE launches Olympics app

Spanish public broadcaster RTVE is to bring viewers the Olympic Games through all possible devices.
The company has launched an app for IOS and Android with 19 live TV channels and 4 exclusive channels with constantly updated info on schedules, medals ranking, highlights and reviews of the competitions.
RTVE also recently launched a VR app called Vive Rio: Heroínas featuring content on female Olympic athletes and their daily training schedule.
RTVE will offer 4,500 live hours of programming and 6,000 hours on VoD.
