Torque.TV, an Internet television network for vehicle enthusiasts, has launched offering full screen, broadcast quality video entertainment 24/7 around the globe. It says streaming rates and screen size can be tailored to view on a mobile device or a plasma screen, with the detail and quality required to watch fast moving footage.
