Cablevision/AMC ends EchoStar litigation

The litigation between Cablevision/VOOM and EchoStar/Dish has been settled out of court. EchoStar will pay $700 million in cash to Cablevision, and in addition will re-start transmissions of the AMC channels onto the Dish Network DTH system.
