wedotv expands APAC distribution with Samsung TV Plus

wedotv, the free ad-supported streaming network, has announced a distribution agreement with Samsung TV Plus APAC. Under the terms of the agreement, Samsung TV Plus will launch three of wedotv’s FAST channels in the Asia Pacific market in early 2026: wedotv sports, wedotv movies, and Time2Rlx.
“Since launching in Asia in February of 2024, wedotv has made significant progress in the market, adding distribution for our FAST channels in Indonesia and Malaysia. Now, we are pleased to announce that our partnership with Samsung TV Plus has grown to include the APAC region,” said Iza Piotrowska, Global Business Development Director, wedotv. “We recognise the particular needs of this market by continually refreshing and customising our programming offerings across all of our channels to ensure an exceptional entertainment experience for this highly diverse region.”
wedotv sports features an array of sports events including international horse racing rights, including Royal Ascot and the Breeders’ Cup; Asian Tour golf, and SailGP, the annual international sailing competition featuring high-performance F50 foiling catamarans. Further wedotv sports shows weekly programs with highlights from football, Formula 1, e-sports, martial arts, and other sports. In addition, the programming lineup includes documentaries about sports legendssuch as Tiger Woods, David Beckham and Michael Schumacher.
wedotv movies is a female-skewing movie channel that includes popular titles from Hollywood and around the world.
Time2rlxfeatures environmental scenes – landscapes, ocean waves, tropical beaches, etc. – shot in 4K or 8K and accompanied by ambient, environmental sounds or a gentle musical soundtrack. The channel will be available in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
Samsung TV Plus also carries wedotv channels in Europe, MENA and Brazil.
