SpaceX is planning its third launch in just two weeks for June 12th, although as always, it is subject to the Florida weather.

SpaceX intends to place another 60 of its Starlink satellites into orbit. Launch time is currently at 05.30-05.45 on Friday morning (Florida time).

The launch will be the ninth mission for the SpaceX/Starlink project. The 60 new satellites will be added to the 480 or so already orbiting in Low Earth Orbit.

SpaceX founder Elon Musk has frequently spoken of his wish to see services start this year, in particular for the US military and under-served consumers in the North of the US, including Alaska.

SpaceX is planning another Starlink batch later this month.
