Google are partnering have partnered on a virtual reality (VR) travel series spanning all seven continents.

The 38-episode series, entitled Discovery TRVLR, will explore the rituals and traditions of cultures in North and South America, Asia, Australia, Africa, Antartica, and Europe.

The show will be available on YouTube, DiscoveryVR.com, and on the Discovery VR app from October 6^th, and can be viewed using Google’s Daydream headset or Google Cardboard.

“Discovery’s viewers look to us for innovation and expect to be taken places that satisfy their desire for exploration and adventure,” said Rebecca Howard, senior VP at Discovery VR  “Like Discovery, Google’s VR team shares a passion for VR storytelling and we are thrilled to partner with them on Discovery TRVLR, our most ambitious endeavour to date.”
