Eutelsat, MBC Group extend broadcast deal

Eutelsat has announced the renewal of its long-standing partnership with MBC Group, the MENA media network.
Under this extended agreement, MBC Group will continue to rely on Eutelsat’s 7/8° West video neighbourhood, the region’s leading orbital position, for the distribution of its portfolio of entertainment, news, and cultural channels to millions of households across MENA.
For over a decade, Eutelsat and MBC Group have worked closely to ensure the delivery of high-quality broadcast services. This renewed partnership reaffirms their collaboration and underscores the strategic importance of the 7/8° West position, home to the largest concentration of free-to-air (FTA) and pay-TV channels in the region.
