Virgin Media refreshes bundles

October 2, 2025

Virgin Media is refreshing its bundle line-up which its says will “put entertainment at the heart, simplify its offering and provide even more value for its customers” – including faster broadband, more HD channels, and Netflix included as standard across a selection of broadband and entertainment packages.

New and re-contracting customers can choose from five core TV packages which have been refreshed and renamed. From HD as standard on Sky premium channels to M250 broadband becoming the introductory broadband speed for all TV bundles, the new offering aims to provide a more personalised and simple experience for customers, as well as a smoother, more intuitive online sales experience.

The new bundles also showcase Virgin Media’s enhanced partnership with Netflix, with M500, Gig1 and Gig2 broadband only packages now including Netflix Standard with Ads as part of the package price – making Virgin Media the only UK provider to offer Netflix at no extra cost with a broadband only package – as well as all TV bundles across Virgin Media’s range including the streaming subscription as standard.

New bundle updates include:

  • Faster speeds: M250 broadband is now the introductory broadband speed for all TV bundles, providing average download speeds of at least 264Mbps.
  • HD inclusion: Sky Sports is now included in HD as standard (previously a £7 add on).
  • Netflix included as standard: Broadband only packages with M500 and above now include Netflix Standard with Ads within the package price. The streaming subscription will also be included with all TV bundles as standard.
  • Home phone savings: New customers can add Talk Anytime to their bundle for £8 per month (previously £15 per month), offering them unlimited calls any time of day to UK landlines and mobiles. Existing customers wanting to add home phone services to their package can also get Weekend Chatter for £3 per month, saving them £2 per month on their home phone services compared to previous pricing.

Christian Hindennach, Chief Commercial Officer at Virgin Media O2, commented: “As the world of entertainment evolves, we’re focused on not only shaping our offering to continue to meet our customers’ needs, but ensuring we bring together the very best in connectivity and programming so they can enjoy an experience that truly works for their household – all in one place. Netflix is one of the biggest streaming providers across the globe, and through our enhanced partnership, Virgin Media customers can enjoy even more value and access to the greatest shows, movies, documentaries and more as part of their bundle, and at no extra cost.”
